BRAINEZ MEDIA LLC offers a full refund of the amount paid for The Canadian Trucking Companion if you request it within 15 calendar days after your purchase. You may request a refund even if you have already downloaded or opened the PDF. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Use the seller contact or refund-request option provided at checkout or on your purchase receipt. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can locate your order. Do not send payment-card details. Your request must be submitted within the 15-day window; processing does not need to finish within that window.

How refunds are returned

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the checkout provider and your payment institution. There is no refund administration fee.

Your rights

This voluntary policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection law. The 15-day limit does not restrict any statutory right to a refund or other remedy.

Purchase availability

Purchases are processed through Hotmart. Use the refund-request option or seller contact details in your Hotmart purchase receipt to submit a request.
